Compelled To Pray
For Our Local Partners…
We work with many local partners all over western North Carolina. These partnerships help us reach outside the walls of our building and impact the community directly. Please pray for these partners to follow God's in reaching western North Carolina with the Gospel.
Please pray for:
- God to guide our partners as they develop strategies that will have the greatest impact on their specific area of ministry;
- God to touch the hearts of the people targeted for ministry, and give them receptive minds to His love and grace;
- Generous hearts of people who have resources to support the ministries, and wisdom and discernment for the partners to use them wisely;
- God to protect the partners and multiply the resources and volunteers to accomplish His purpose to pray, give, and go.
For Our Missionaries…
We support several full-time missionaries that come from our own membership. These people felt Christ compelling them to reach out to areas without the Gospel, and moved away from family and friends to serve and share the love of Christ in areas desperate for His message. Please pray for our missionaries to spread the gospel and bring others to Christ.
Please pray for:
- God to protect the missionaries and their families, and keep them safe, as they leave the comforts of home to serve in areas that need to hear about the love of Jesus;
- God to multiply their resources as they reach out to a dark world, and give the missionaries favor with the people they serve;
- God to speak to the hearts of people who are gifted for ministry, and call them out to serve Him on the mission field;
- People to have ears to hear and hearts to follow His call in obedience to pray, give, and go.
For Our international Partners…
We've strategically chosen to focus on three international ministries: Guatemala, Haiti, and Kenya. These countries have great need and we believe that by being focused we can have the greatest possible impact. We've partnered with ministries addressing orphan care, education, and church planting. Please pray for these ministries to take care of those in need and spread the message of Christ.
Please pray for:
- God to give great wisdom and insight to the leadership team as strategies are planned and implemented to reach the lost of Guatemala, Haiti, and Kenya;
- Smooth transition into new areas of ministry, and favor with the governments and small communities or tribes;
- God's protection and guidance as teams enter these countries to meet the physical needs of people, and share the love of Jesus with them;
- Abundant resources of time and money to advance the cause of Christ through hundreds of volunteers committed to pray, give, and go.
