Manhood will always be in crisis until Jesus returns. But in Christ, men can be restored with ever increasing glory into the undefiled image of God. This six-session study by Eric Mason leads men on a journey through masculinity, with Bible-study sessions on the problems men face, God's solutions, and the restorations of worldview, sexuality, vision, and family. This extraordinary study is very practical and shows men how to walk in gospel-centered manhood. Book Cost $10 (the Bookstore)
Our culture has redefined manhood by emasculating men through a repositioning of the role. When a man functions within the principles of Biblical manhood, those around him benefit from his leadership and care. This 6-session study for men by Dr. Tony Evans is designed to empower men to exercise the God-given dominion they were created for by giving them a Kingdom understanding, vision, and perspective on their identity and responsibilities, along with practical steps on how to become a man who leads well. Book Cost $10 (the Bookstore)
How do we become a Titus 2 woman and take the experiences God has given us and pay it forward? We will look at how to grow our intimacy with God, model Christlikeness to the generations, and pour ourselves into one another by carrying out the great commission’s call to make disciples. Prepare to move from a momentary friendship to a Christ-centered relationship that lasts. This interactive study will grow our relationships in small groups and show us how to intentionally use the life God has given us to pay it forward.
Based on scriptures from the book of Ecclesiastes this is a study for women who feel they need a fresh start and a clean new beginning in their lives. This group will be interactive and will focus on how our relationship with Christ keeps us healthy in all areas of our lives by living clean. We will wash off old residues and clear out the rubble that keeps us defeated and discouraged. This is a "whole woman" re-start cleansing and reorganizing how we live in the following areas: Body- we will learn to fuel our lives with pure nutrition, effective exercise, and healthy stewardship. Soul- we will focus on keeping our mind, will, and emotions controlled and working how God intended for maximum productivity and positive impact. Spirit- we will find the fountains of living water Christ provided to satisfy our deepest needs and fulfill our destiny with love, joy, and peace. There is no charge for this study. Bring a spiral notebook, Bible, and wear comfortable clothing.
How can we talk with people of different world views, ideas, philosophies and cultures about our faith? How can we dialogue with others about Truth without getting us or them confused? What are the best practices for discussing controversial issues from a biblical perspective? Can you articulate what you believe, and why, with people who may be hostile toward your faith? This course on biblical apologetics will teach us how we can learn to defend our faith and build relationships with people from any walk of life with intelligence, gentleness, and authority based on God's Word. There is no charge for this study. Bring your Bible and study supplies will be provided.
