    Extreme Home Makeover

    Does your marriage need renovation? Do you want to update your relationship? Maybe your family is in good shape but you just want to spruce things up. This class will cover a variety of important marriage and family topics to include: God’s design for intimacy, conflict resolution (because the people in our home are imperfect), what’s filling your emotional cup; discipline styles; and dealing with some common challenges within the family.     One of the biggest challenges in life is raising kids!  This practical workshop is designed to give you the tools needed to raise happy, healthy, and godly children. No Cost.

    Part One: The Big Picture of Parenting
    Parenting is one of the toughest yet most rewarding jobs you will ever do--and the one job in which there is almost no training! Discover how the wisdom from God’s Word contains the real answers to the character and discipline challenges we face with our kids; learn how the way you were parented may affect how you are parenting your child right now; renew your confidence and hope that it is possible to raise your children in this secular culture to become godly adults who make a difference in this world for Christ.

    CELEBRATE RECOVERY
    Thursday Nights 6:45pm in Terrace Hall
    A Christ-centered, biblically based recovery ministry for individuals and their families who struggle with hurts, habits, and hang-ups.  The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to embrace God’s healing power in our lives, by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another.  Through this process, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives’ problems, pain, shame, and addictions.

    VERTICAL
    Thursday Nights 7 p.m. in the Student Center
    Geared towards reaching young adults, Vertical offers a blend of authentic worship, powerful testimonies and applicable teaching straight out of God’s word. With missional living as our ultimate goal, hands-on outreach opportunities are available each month. Invite a friend.  We

    DIVORCE CARE
    Divorce care is focused on those who are separated or divorced.  Topics deal with hope and healing in the areas of anger, parenting, depression, loneliness, finances, forgiveness, reconciliation, and moving on with life.     DC4K is a special place where kids can find help and healing for their divorce hurts. It combines games, crafts, activities, music, and DVD dramas to create a fun atmosphere where children feel comfortable, accepted, and find joy and hope built on God’s love. Designed for children age 5-12 whose parents are separated or divorced. Space is limited to 12 children and participation requires serious commitment on the part of parents.
