Awana is an international, non-denominational, Bible-centered children's ministry for ages 2-Grade 4 (Grades 5 and 6 have the option to continue).

If you participated in Spring AWANA you do not need to register for the Fall.


Important Information

First time visitors may register upon arrival or register online. All materials for AWANA are provided by BBC Kids. The only items we ask parent to purchase are AWANA uniforms (vests or t-shirts). Please encourage your child to wear their uniform each night.


Schedule

6-6:15 pm

  • Drop off (Parents need to STAY on campus during AWANA, whether in choir, orchestra, Wednesdays @ Biltmore classes, or volunteering in AWANA.)
  • Parents, please check in your child at a computer kiosk and print their security tag prior to drop off.
  • When you drop off your child, please check in with your child’s leader.
  • Clubbers will need their AWANA book, Bible, and uniform each night.

6:15-7:30 pm

Children will be in rotations:

  • Large Group (lessons, pledges, songs, awards)
  • Small Group (Bible verses, sections)
  • Game Time

7:30 pm

  • Pickup
  • Parents, the clubbers will be rotating from site to site. Please wait until 7:30 pm for pickup.
  • Pickup location will be the same as the drop off location, except TnT will be in classrooms.


AWANA Awards and AWANA Bucks

(Sparks and TnT)

Clubbers will earn points each week for Scripture memory, completing sections, attendance, bringing their Bible, bringing a friend, etc. Awards and AWANA Bucks will be given as clubbers reach each level. Clubbers may spend AWANA Bucks in the AWANA Mission Store at the end of each semester. Clubbers will be able to purchase livestock, school supplies, clean water, AWANA Scholarships, and much more: ALL TO HELP CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN GUATEMALA, KENYA, AND WNC!!!  It will be the responsibility of each clubber to keep up with their own AWANA Bucks.
